1. What dose the cost of my spa include: i.e. cover, steps, chemicals, delivery, set-up, etc.

2. Do I need special Plumbing?
Waterline Answer: No! When purchasing a portable Spa
3. How much will this spa add to my electric Bill?
Waterline Answer: It depends on the spa, 12.00 to 30.00 at today’s rate in Central Florida.
4. What type of customer service do you offer after the sale?
Waterline Answer: We have a factory trained technical staff to insure the spa performs to your expectations.
5. Is the equipment easily accessible for service?
Waterline Answer: No tools required to access equipment area on Marquis Spas and Hydro Pool Hot Tubs.
6. What exclusions do you have in your warranty?
Waterline Answer: Only physical abuse, the Warranty is transferable to a new owner at no charge.
7. Any part of warranty prorated?
Waterline Answer: None, i.e. 7 years on shell, structure, plumbing (includes leaks) and cabinet; 5 years on major components, pumps, motors, heater and control pack; 3 years on consumables, fuses, lights, spa cover and ozone device. No trip charge, No labor Charge, No charges on parts.
8. If I have a warranty problem, does the dealer or Manufacturer service the spa?

Waterline Answer: We switched to Marquis Spas in August 2002, best decision we ever made.
10. Are there Municipal codes that require an alteration to my property?
Waterline Answer: Most Municipalities treat portable spas as an appliance, thus no permits required or other red tape.
11. Do you conduct an in-home site inspection for spa placement?
Waterline Answer: Yes, we will go to your home if requested or if there are any delivery issues i.e. Screen rooms, walls/fences, unusual deck placement.
12. Who is responsible for any damage to the access area in the house or the neighbor’s property during the spa’s installation?
Waterline Answer: Waterline is responsible unless there was a subsequent agreement.
13. On what type of surface should my spa be placed?
Waterline Answer: A level firm surface i.e. concrete deck/patio, wood deck, custom spa pad.
14. What are the electrical requirements for my spa?
Waterline Answer: Here are the 3 types of electrical interfaces. 120Volt,15Amp uses standard plug; 120volt,20Amp uses special plug; 240volt,50/60Amp is hard wired to spa from GFCI
15. Can I use pool chemicals in the spa?
Waterline Answer: NO LIQUID CHLORINE or MURIATIC ACID; some chemicals are ok, read directions.
16. What safety features come with the spa?
Waterline Answer: GFIC breaker on plug, thermostat to prevent water from exceeding 104 degrees, “smart clean” and “constant care” for improved water quality.
17. Is the equipment UL and NSF approved?
Waterline Answer: Marquis is UL approved for the entire spa; certain components are NSF approved. Marquis is one of the few that have gone through the rigorous UL testing.
18. What type of insulation does the spa have?
Waterline Answer: The spa is 100% fully foamed, then wrapped in low E material.
19. Has the Spa Company and Dealer been in business over 10 years?
Waterline Answer: Waterline has been in business 18 years and delivered over 10,000 spas; Marquis has been in business 27 years
20. What is there record with BBB and other monitoring agencies?
